Every order we activate with a wireless service plan ships with a postage-paid return label. To return your phone, receive a Return Authorization number either online or by calling our Customer Service department, write it on the return label, and ship it back at no cost to you. (Free return shipping is not available on equipment-only purchases such as unlocked phones, etc.)
To request a return or exchange, simply:
Visit our Customer Support Portal within 14 days of the activation date shown on your sales receipt and follow the instructions to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can also call our Customer Service department to obtain your RA number. Then, send everything you received in the shipment back to us within 7 days of receiving your RA number.
Important: If you have established a new wireless account and wish to cancel it, you must call your wireless service provider to deactivate your account within 14 days of the activation date shown on your sales receipt in order to avoid their Early Termination Fees. Restrictions apply.
Devices purchased through Walmart Wireless are not eligible to be returned in stores.
